ParityX is an online marketplace that connects clients seeking freelance services with qualified service providers. Our Platform facilitates transactions for various services including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• AI Automation and Integration
• Content Writing and Copywriting
• Website Development and Fixes

ParityX acts as an intermediary platform and is not directly involved in the actual exchange of services between users.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

ParityX may charge fees for the use of certain Platform features. All fees are clearly disclosed before any transaction. You agree to pay all applicable fees.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. ParityX is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment method provider.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our Refund Policy. Disputes should be reported through our customer support system.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ParityX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of content they create and upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant ParityX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform.

You warrant that any content you submit does not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARITYX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

ParityX does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of services provided by users on the Platform. We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ParityX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the Platform

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
